Hotdog reinvented – Japadog
A brisk walk to downtown, you will notice there are as many hot dog stands as there are coffee shops but one hot dog stand will stand out from the rest. Vancouver is home to the popular Japadog by Vancouver entrepreneur Noriki Tamura. Unlike the regular condiments of ketchup, sauerkraut and mustards we associate to hotdogs, now think Japanese and we have teriyaki sauce, bonito flakes, wasabi mayo and seaweed.
