What are The Network Hub’s regular staffed hours?

The Network Hub is staffed Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and is closed Saturday and Sunday. Holiday closures and early-closing dates can affect access to staffed services and tours.

Virtual office agreements are made with The Network Hub Inc., operating as Business Development Center, as the mailbox service agent. The agreement is governed by the laws of British Columbia.

Services

What virtual office and mailbox services are available?

The Network Hub offers Mailbox Basic, Mailbox Plus and Mailbox Premium plans. The plans provide a physical commercial mailing address, same-day new-mail notifications, package receiving and live front-desk guest reception. Scanning and forwarding features vary by plan.

Mailbox subscriptions are available for 3, 6 or 12 months. The minimum mailbox rental period is three months, and fixed terms renew automatically unless changed or ended under the applicable agreement.

The Network Hub allows customers to use the address after signup and account activation. Customers registering a new business can add the company name to the account after registration. Mail pickup by another person requires prior authorization and government-issued identification.

What meeting room services are available?

The Network Hub offers five meeting rooms in Vancouver with capacities ranging from four to ten people. As of September 22, 2026, regular room pricing is $25 per hour, with after-hours pricing of $75 per hour. Wireless internet, a whiteboard and markers, and receptionist services are included. Some rooms also include a projector screen. Optional equipment can include a projector, television and flipchart.

Meeting rooms can be booked online by the hour without a membership. The Network Hub allows outside catering. Still photography and filming require advance approval, and auditions are not accommodated in the meeting rooms.

Dedicated and shared coworking include furnished workstations and business-support amenities that vary by plan. Shared coworking includes access to printing, scanning and faxing services, mailbox service, meeting room service, receptionist services and wireless internet. Drop-in coworking includes a furnished workstation and wireless internet.

What private office services are available?

The Network Hub provides furnished private offices for small teams and can discuss larger-team requirements. Private offices include 24/7 building access, high-speed internet, printing, scanning and faxing access, mailbox service and five hours of meeting room access per month.

Private office occupancy begins with a membership agreement. The shortest initial commitment is three months, followed by automatic month-to-month renewal. Once the agreement is month to month, cancellation requires one month’s notice. Current pricing and vacancy depend on office size and availability.

How are bookings and accounts managed?

The Network Hub supports online booking, subscription and renewal. Company accounts can use company information for bookings and can review monthly statements online.

What front-desk support is available?

The Network Hub’s front-desk team receives guests, mail and parcels and supports services such as printing, scanning and faxing. Mailbox plans include same-day mail notifications, and coworking and office services include reception support.

What insurance and bonding apply?

The Network Hub’s spaces carry liability insurance, and The Network Hub’s staff are fully bonded. Equipment kept in shared space may have property-insurance coverage; customers should confirm the scope, limits and conditions before relying on that coverage.

How are online payments and signup pages handled?

The Network Hub uses Stripe and PayPal for online credit-card processing. Online signup pages use SSL/HTTPS.

What online service functions are available?

The Network Hub supports online meeting-room booking, virtual-office signup, account registration, subscription renewal and access to monthly statements. Email is used for new-mail notifications and booking confirmations.

Policies

What is The Network Hub’s privacy policy?

The Network Hub collects personal information such as names, email addresses, mailing or business addresses, phone numbers and personal identification with the customer’s knowledge and consent. The Network Hub uses personal information for service delivery, billing, identification, authentication and service improvement.

The Network Hub does not sell personal information. Personal information may be disclosed in special circumstances, including to comply with subpoenas or appropriate law-enforcement requests or when actions violate applicable terms of service.

What is the virtual office cancellation and refund policy?

Virtual office and mailbox service fees are paid in advance. The Network Hub does not prorate or refund mailbox service fees when services are cancelled. Deposits can be refundable after outstanding fees and charges are applied.

What rules apply to virtual office mail handling?

The customer must use the mailing address in the format provided by The Network Hub and keep authorized names current. The Network Hub can refuse dangerous or hazardous goods. Package and long-term mail storage can incur storage fees under the virtual office terms.

After a virtual office agreement expires, is cancelled or is terminated, The Network Hub’s obligations to accept, store or forward mail are limited by the agreement. Customers should arrange forwarding and account changes before the service ends.

What is the meeting room cancellation policy?

Meeting room and hotdesk cancellations require at least 72 business hours’ notice. A cancellation with less notice is charged at 100% of the booking. A booking change that requires an invoice to be reissued may incur a $25 change fee.

What conduct rules apply to meeting rooms and hotdesks?

Smoking is prohibited. Groups are responsible for leaving rooms in good order, paying for damage and additional cleanup, and supplying their own catering materials and miscellaneous setup items unless arranged otherwise. Custom setups should be confirmed when booking and may involve additional costs.
