The Network Hub provides workshop spaces located in central Downtown Vancouver, conveniently accessible by bus, skytrain, and seabus. We are a block from Waterfront Skytrain, West Coast Express, SeaBus and major bus routes. For hands-on workshops, training, meetings, presentations to class-room style lectures, our large airy open workshop space is ideal for workshop where members can move around and make use of the whole space. This dynamic space will allow for up to 30 seated at desks or up to 50 seated without desks. Did we mention our workshop spaces offer unbeatable access from airport for your out-of-town attendees? We are a block away from Canada Line.
When you book our workshop space, our front desk staff will support your team with directing guests, seating them at waiting area while you set up. In-house catering options through our social enterprise venture – offering light fare Vietnamese food made fresh onsite. We also offer strong Vietnamese coffee catering for those workshops that require an extra boost of energy.
Our workshop is located between Downtown Vancouver and Gastown. Being between two major neighborhoods mean we are not only easily reachable, we are within walking distance of many bars and restaurants. It is the perfect ending after a long productive day to have drinks or take a break and venture to seawall through in Downtown.
For those travelling from out of town to attend your workshop, there are major to boutique hotels, from waterside Airbnb to well-curated city hostels within walking distance from the workshop space to suit all types of budgets.

A: Printing is $1.50 (up to 10 pages) and $0.15 per additional pages

A: We welcome photography and film crews for commercials and short-films. Please email us with your project details first before booking.

Q: Can we bring in food?
A: We welcome outside catering, although we hope you will frequent our neighboring restaurants and support our local businesses. If you need help, we have our own list of preferred caterers.

A: We recommend booking 1-2 weeks in advance.

How to Rent a Meeting Room in Downtown Vancouver
